These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Minnesota Mortgage Company website located at www.MnMortgageCo.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Minnesota Mortgage Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are; Minnesota Licensing
Minnesota Mortgage Company is licensed to conduct mortgage-related business in the State of Minnesota. The Site and the information on it are intended for individuals seeking information about our services in Minnesota. We do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available for use outside Minnesota.
2. Not a Loan Commitment; Informational Use Only
The Site provides general information about mortgage financing and related services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lend, a loan approval, a loan commitment, or a guarantee of any rate, term, program, or approval outcome.
Any loan approval, interest rate, points, fees, and terms are subject to underwriting, verification, property review, market conditions, and lender requirements. A rate is not locked unless and until you receive a written rate lock confirmation through the applicable lending/loan origination process.
3. Third-Party Platforms and Links (Including Blink+)
The Site may include links to third-party websites or tools, including loan origination or application platforms such as UWM’s Blink+ (or other lender/technology providers). If you follow a link to a third-party website or tool, your use is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy practices, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
4. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

7. Communications and Consent to Contact
If you submit your information through the Site (for example, requesting to be contacted), you authorize us to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone calls, emails, and text messages, to respond to your request and provide information about our services.
Message and data rates may apply for text communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages. (If you later enroll in automated SMS campaigns, additional opt-out instructions will be provided at that time.)

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINNESOTA MORTGAGE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minnesota Mortgage Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Dakota County, Minnesota, or the federal courts serving Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
